Read ArticleYes. We assess the device first and discuss what we've found before starting any repair work. You'll know what the repair involves and roughly what to expect before anything is confirmed.
We work on most common laptop brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, and Samsung. Apple MacBook repairs may be handled case-by-case depending on the issue.
This depends on the type of repair and whether parts are available. Simple repairs like keyboard replacements can often be done the same day. Screen replacements and battery swaps typically take 1โ3 business days. Water damage assessments take longer depending on extent.

We treat customer data with discretion. For most hardware repairs (screen, keyboard, battery), we don't need to access your files. If a repair involves the storage drive, we'll discuss data handling with you beforehand. We always recommend backing up data before bringing in a device.
Parts we supply carry a 30-day warranty. If an issue arises with a replaced component within that period, we'll look into it. This doesn't cover new or unrelated faults that develop after the repair.
Whether you know what the problem is or have no idea where to start, we're happy to take a look and talk you through it.
