These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Laptop Repair Innyc website and our repair services. By submitting a device for service or using this website, you agree to these terms.
We provide a cost estimate before beginning any repair. Work proceeds only with your explicit authorisation. We reserve the right to decline service where repair is not considered viable after assessment.
Replacement parts supplied by us carry a 30-day warranty covering the replaced component only. This does not apply to unrelated faults, physical damage after collection, or liquid exposure post-repair.
We are not responsible for data loss or corruption that may occur during repair. We strongly recommend backing up all data before submitting a device. We will not access customer files beyond what is necessary to complete the repair.
Devices not collected within 30 days of completion notification may incur storage fees. Devices uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.
Our liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the repair in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
